A New Direction in Asian Jazz! "Unit Asia" Jazz Concert is performed by a Jazz band led by 3 renowned Japanese musicians, with 2 other band members from Malaysia and Thailand. This free-admission event is a pre-event of the Japan Creative Centre which will launch in end 2009. After Singapore, the group will proceed to perform in the Philippines, Brunei, Kuala Lumpur and Thailand. Featuring: Isao Miyoshi (Guitar - Japan), Shigeki Ippon (Bass - Japan), Hiroyuki Noritake (Drums - Japan), Tay Cher Siang (Piano - Malaysia) & Koh Mr.Saxman (Saxophone - Thailand) Free Admission, Free Seating. Registration is required. Concert commences at 8pm nightly. (Doors open at 7:30pm)
