The two-day training covers profiling, job description based on competencies and top performance, and links interviewing to competencies. Participants can probe themselves in various interview related role-plays and gain benchmark information from each other.
Methodology:
The two days training is very tight as far as timing is concerned. The course will consist of lectures, supplemented by individual & group exercises and also role-plays drawn from real life examples or practical experience. The objective is for participants to fully understand the role of HR during the recruitment process and learn the concepts and tools around the latest interview techniques.
Knowledge Pre-Requisites:
No previous detailed knowledge required. The training is based on the assumption that people have some interview experience. Any knowledge on competencies is ideal but not a pre-requisite. Depending on participants’ prior knowledge, the first morning of the first day might be slightly rearranged or enhanced with competency model.
