Systematic Approach in Problem Solving & Decisions Making

Why is this important?
Busy professionals are faced with decisions to be made on a day-to-day basis. Many, when faced with a problem, do not know where to begin to solve it. In addition, many are unsure if a decision they have made was the right one.

In this programme, participants will learn problem-solving techniques that equip them to make rational decisions. They will be introduced to decision-making tools that help then define the issues and analyse possible solutions.

Participants will also learn brainstorming techniques to help generate ideas and possible solutions.
