She has lectured and taught programmes in the areas of Communication Skills, Technical Report Writing and Professional Ethics as Assistant Professor with leading university and educational establishments. Her previous work experience and contacts had also enabled her to understand the modes, techniques and issues of communication in different work settings. Dr Bastion has developed a variety of executives development programmes in "Persuasive Writing", "Negotiation Skills" and "Interpersonal Relationships". Her other research and teaching interests also include Moral Philosophy, Ethics, Education and Critical Thinking.
