JKYL SEMINAR: Strategies for Effective Tax Planning To Maximise Investment Returns
19 & 20 November 2008 (Wednesday & Thursday)
9.30am - 5.00pm, Grand Hyatt Singapore
While many local and foreign companies are constantly
striving for excellence and focusing their efforts to
maximise returns through efficient production methods
and operational activities, the importance of managing
their taxation issues as a means to achieve better
returns and savings on their investments have always
been overlooked.
Taxation is a topic that concerns everyone and every
business, either in the form of individual or corporate
tax. Hence every company director, CEO, manager,
administrator, accountant, lawyer, company secretary
and businessman should be aware of the importance of
effective tax planning and the benefits/savings that
can be achieved. They need to understand and look at
the overall performance of their organisation in terms
of effectively utilising tax benefits to maximise returns
on corporate investments or even to the extent of
effectively structuring their own remuneration packages
(either as local executive or expatriate status).
This seminar will highlight strategies on tax planning
which can be utilised to obtain better returns. It also
features tax planning on an international arena using tax
treaty benefits particular for companies who are investing
or operating in foreign countries.
If you are responsible for the performance of your
company and would like to see better returns
achievable through tax planning, this is
an opportunity you should not miss.
