The idol group which monopolized the TOP 5 of the yearly single ranking for Japan’s Oricon charts in 2011 will bring hits like ’Heavy Rotation’, ‘Flying Get’ and the latest ‘Ue Kara Mariko’. AKB48 is a Japanese idol group project started by Mr Yasushi Akimoto in December 2005. The AKB48 project has a unique concept of involving the fans to share the experience in the idols’ career growth.
